- Assembling — bench assembly of faucets, showers and bathroom hardware
- Testing — pressure and function testing of every finished unit
- Packing — labelled, batch-traceable export cartons
Factory-side order preparation
- Mixed-category order kitting — multi-SKU project lists sorted and grouped
- Parts matching — bodies, handles, hoses and escutcheons matched to the correct models
- Accessory pack builds — screw packs, brackets, templates and inner layouts
- Neutral box or blister packing and export-ready carton preparation
- Carton mark, barcode and label confirmation against the purchase order
- Pre-shipment photos or short videos of packed goods on request
Raw materials carry traceability identification; non-conforming units are marked, segregated, repaired and re-inspected under written procedures — as recorded in TÜV Rheinland audit report MIC-ASR2411100.
